GETTING TO PAXOS
HYDROFOIL
IMPORTANT NOTE
AT
THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER 2011 THE GREEK GOVERNMENT
WITHDREW THE LICENCES OF A NUMBER OF FERRIES AND
HYDROFOILS, INCLUDING BOTH THE HYDROFOILS OPERATING
BETWEEN CORFU AND PAXOS. WE DO NOT YET KNOW WHAT THE
SITUATION WILL BE IN SUMMER 2012 BUT WILL POST DETAILS
HERE AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE INFORMATION.
The most popular way of getting to Paxos from
Corfu is by hydrofoil.
There are two services and the hydrofoils,
which are both air-conditioned with aircraft
seating, leave from just in front of the Nautica Café at the New Port in Corfu
and take about one
hour.
