VILLA LEVANDA
Villa Levanda
is a lovely villa situated in a quiet location in the
olive groves of Kangatika, about
a 20
minute walk or a five minute drive from the shops,
tavernas and beaches of
Loggos, one of the three main villages on Paxos. It
is immediately adjacent to Villa Thea, a 10 minute
walk from Villa Maria and a 15 minute walk from Villa
Paradisos.
It is a very comfortable and well-furnished villa. On
the lower floor there is a sitting/dining room with
French windows opening on to the terrace, a
well-equipped open plan kitchen and a shower room. On
the upper floor there are three bedrooms (one double
with en-suite bathroom and two twins), all of which have
air-conditioning and French windows opening on to a
balcony with great views across to the Greek mainland,
and a second shower room.
Within the extensive walled gardens, there is a 9m x
5.5m saltwater swimming pool with sunbeds, a barbecue
and many wonderful sitting-out areas with tables, chairs
and umbrellas for al fresco dining or just enjoying a
drink.
